Our writing-based counseling program helps you navigate daily life problems. Together with a counselor, you will work througha a 5-step process, shifting your perspective on the problem and finding your own solutions. 

Writing therapy for depression 

With our online writing therapy for depression, you will work together with a therapist to learn how your depressive symptoms developed and how you can manage them.

Writing therapy for PTSD 

Our online writing therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder can help you better understand and manage your distressing symptoms after a traumatic event. You will be personally supported by a therapist.

Empowerment Programme for women 

With Sanakun Bikhayr, our online self-help program for Arabic-speaking women, you will learn how experiences of sexual harassment or assault can affect mental health and how to better deal with the symptoms. 


Online writing therapy is not suitable for every patient. Using a thorough diagnostic process, consisting of self-diagnosis questionnaires and individual consultations as a precursor to therapy, we assess whether a course of online writing therapy can be applied to the particular complaint and how we can best assist each individual patient.

In some particular cases a patient may respond better to other modes of treatment, such as traditional face-to-face therapy and consultation.
